To support a growing practice, the contract Mental Health Counselor will provide therapy services to clients remotely, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload while earning competitive compensation. Key responsibilities Provide therapy-focused sessions to clients via video and messaging Manage intake and discharge processes while ensuring documentation is completed accurately Set flexible hours and caseload, working fully remotely without the need for marketing or outreach Required qualifications Active South Dakota state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent CAQH# for independent practice capability Ability to provide therapy services without claims, billing, or reimbursement work Experience in telehealth counseling or virtual therapy environments Commitment to maintaining a flexible and client-focused practice
