South Carolina Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, focusing on managing a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying minimal administrative tasks and clinical autonomy. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities Utilize clinical judgment to make independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Preferred experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
