South Carolina Licensed RN Behavioral Health Manager

Providing high-touch case management for members with complex conditions, the full-time RN Behavioral Health Concierge Care Manager will coordinate treatment plans, engage with external services, and develop individualized care strategies while working remotely from South Carolina. Key responsibilities Direct day-to-day member management, implementing program goals and coordinating treatment plans for high-risk populations Collaborate with external providers and community services to ensure comprehensive clinical support Participate in training and quality assurance efforts, preparing for external audits Required qualifications Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification in a health-related field 5 years of case management experience or 2 years in a health insurance environment Active, unrestricted RN licensure in South Carolina or a compact multistate license Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement processes Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
