To provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time South Carolina Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group therapy sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team. Key responsibilities Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices and curriculum Engage clients and foster group cohesion while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality Participate in regular check-ins and collaborative treatment team meetings with clinical leadership Required qualifications Master's degree in mental health or a related field Experience working with youth and young adults Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus) Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions with reliable internet access Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
