Offering a flexible, fully remote opportunity, the South Carolina Licensed Dermatology Reviewer will conduct independent Utilization Reviews for a few hours each week as a 1099 contractor, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities Conduct independent Utilization Reviews for dermatology cases Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records Engage in peer-to-peer conversations during daytime hours as needed Required qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Current unencumbered medical license in South Carolina Board Certification in Dermatology Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including residency Availability for daytime peer-to-peer discussions
