We are seeking a passionate Sous Chef to grow with our longstanding company as we enter our next venture. You'll work closely with our executive chef, Marco A. Moreira, an NYC restaurateur who currently leads our team.
Community table is located in the picturesque town of New Preston CT, One and a half hours outside of Manhattan. Our clientele is a group of savvy, well-traveled diners who love fine cuisine. Ct, as we are know, is a sophisticated meeting place for locals, weekenders and visitors to dine, gather and have a great time. Our guests greatly appreciate the high quality of food, beverage and ambiance that we offer. It is a very special place.
Community table's mission is to sustainably prepare the highest quality, locally grown, and procured ingredients to serve its community in a casual, vibrant atmosphere. Ct values its partnerships with local farms that bring the best produce of the season to create delicious recipes for their customer’s enjoyment each time they visit the restaurant.
