Fortunato Fish & Oyster is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

Excellent communication and organization skills needed. We are a fully scratch kitchen in need of a person that is committed to the food industry and wants to work for a growing company.
A history of working with Oysters, Pizza and Sushi would get top consideration. Our restaurant is upscale Italian with a focus on seafood and oyster raw bar including sushi.
