As a Sous Chef – Catering at ARAMARK, you’ll support daily culinary operations for high-volume catered events. You’ll assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety. Partnering closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll help supervise kitchen staff, coordinate event production, and manage inventory and ordering.
You’ll uphold Aramark’s standards for service, teamwork, and safety while mentoring staff and contributing to a positive, inclusive kitchen culture with opportunities for growth and development.
