Supporting high-volume sourcing initiatives, the remote Sourcing Specialist will manage multiple concurrent sourcing events, ensuring compliance and cost optimization while engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead and manage multiple sourcing events, overseeing timelines and stakeholder alignment to achieve cost savings and supplier optimization Facilitate compliant RFP processes from initiation through award, ensuring adherence to governance standards Draft, review, and enhance Statements of Work (SOWs) to improve clarity and risk mitigation Required qualifications Proven experience leading sourcing events and managing multiple projects within defined timelines Strong understanding of compliant RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and SOW development Experience with sourcing and procurement tools such as Workday or Ariba Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic reporting Ability to work cross-functionally with strong relationship-building skills
