Supporting business development efforts, the full-time remote Sourcing Specialist - Pursuit Support will develop innovative third-party solutions and competitive pricing strategies while collaborating with sales teams to enhance client proposals and presentations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Sourcing Pursuit Leads and Sales teams to create competitive pricing strategies and innovative solutions for client proposals Conduct market research and supplier analysis to inform pursuit strategies and enhance JLL's competitive positioning Manage the RFx process, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and high-quality supplier responses Required Qualifications Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes, particularly in business development contexts Proficiency in developing and managing RFP/RFI/RFQ processes Demonstrated analytical skills, including financial modeling and cost analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or business development support
