Job Title: Contract Sourcer

Location: Elizabeth, NJ (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $35 an hour

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Contract Sourcer to support hiring efforts for engineering, technical, and operational roles. This individual will focus primarily on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience sourcing within engineering, logistics, transportation, industrial, or port-related industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for engineering, technical, project management, and operational positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations.
• Generate candidate leads and provide qualified talent to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Maintain candidate records and activity within the ATS.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline updates.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
