Skills:
- Expertise in contract review, edits, and negotiations
- Hands-on experience in “Redlining ” contracts and drafting language
- Good understanding of Legal Language in contracts (paralegal background preferred but not required)
- Background in contracting, sourcing, and/or purchasing, with strong contract language review skills
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word and Excel
- Telecom experience is a plus
- Contracts may involve SaaS, real estate, IT, etc.
