Sourcing Manager Plant-Based Product Launches (Remote)

Salted is seeking a seasoned Sourcing & Procurement lead to drive the end-to-end commercialization of new food products. You will identify and qualify co-manufacturers, build cost models, and manage the qualification process to ensure compliance and cost efficiency across Salted’s kitchens.

You will report to the VP of Finance and collaborate with brands, culinary teams, and distribution partners to forecast volumes, negotiate terms, and optimize production readiness for new item launches.
