Manager will lead the sourcing teams in making decisions necessary to purchase products or services in congruence with organizational objectives and sourcing strategies.Your roles and responsibilities:To develop and maintain a qualified supply baseMaintain business ownership of specific commodities Lead highly strategic, global, cross-functional Sourcing TeamsManage, develop and implement strategies and goals for assigned commoditiesDevelop, design, and implement the framework for the “Rules of Engagement” with regards to maintenance and compliance to our divisional and/or corporate Purchasing ControlsQualificationsWe would love to talk to you if:You hold a BA in engineering.You have 4 to 7 years planning or purchasing experience.You have more than 2 years manufacturing management, engineering, buying, production or product development experience.You hold an MBA or Master's in Supply Chain ManagementIt would be great if you are a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).You also have FDA-regulated/aerospace/automotive industry experience.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: PurchasingExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Medical Device
