To support strategic spend management, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager, Indirect will develop innovative sourcing approaches, lead supplier selection processes, and execute project sourcing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies to minimize costs and risks Lead the supplier selection process, including negotiations and contract management Guide procurement staff and monitor key supplier performance metrics Required qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, particularly in Indirect Sourcing categories Proven experience in negotiating complex legal and commercial agreements Strong understanding of MS Office, SAP, and eSourcing tools Fluent in written and spoken English, with readiness to travel as needed
