Sourcing Manager Asia Co-Man Suppliers

Job TitleLocation: In office, ModestoCompensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.Essential Functions Include:Maintains strong relationships with as many as 10 suppliers in Asia with oversight from both the Senior Procurement Development ManagerIs the conduit between those suppliers and Thrive operations in North America including capacity planning, logistics, long range planning, short term production needs and reporting and inventory reportingIn addition, will work with the Quality team to ensure the supplier is providing quality documents, following up on corrective action plans and other technical follow-upsFinancially, will oversee billings are functioning properly, deal with discrepancies and credit processingSupport new launches, documentation requirements and timelines to launchDevelop supplier performance scorecards, risk assessment, and continuous improvement metricsOther duties as assignedQualifications Include:Requires a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and field.Excellent excel skills – advanced with a fluent capability in pivot table workStrong investigative skillsA self-starter who has a strong ability to dig in and solve problemsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Power BIStrong understanding of ERP systems (JF/D365 a plus)Strong financial acumen and understanding of cost structures, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent communication skills.Strong problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.Global experience preferredBilingual in Mandarin or Vietnamese is preferredPhysical Requirement: Must be able to perform with or without accommodationsConsistent and reliable attendanceOccasional travel - less than 10%.
