To support a growing procurement team, the full-time salaried Sourcing Category Manager will oversee sourcing and procurement processes for construction products, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage vendor relationships in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Direct and oversee the sourcing and procurement processes for construction/building products and consumables Negotiate pricing and value for products and services while managing vendor relationships and contracts Evaluate product vendors and market trends to optimize procurement strategies and ensure product quality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred At least 8 years of experience in Construction & Building Products category management Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or C.P.M. are preferred Strong knowledge of the complete procurement cycle and contract negotiation skills Ability to analyze data to drive insights and build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
