Sourcing Category Manager

Seeking a full-time remote Sourcing Category Manager, the successful candidate will manage sourcing and procurement processes for Construction/Building Products, negotiate pricing, and oversee vendor relationships while driving team development and collaboration across the organization. Key responsibilities Direct and oversee sourcing and procurement processes for Construction/Building Products/Consumables Negotiate pricing and manage vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality Guide and mentor team members while collaborating with management on vendor evaluations and negotiations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred At least 8 years of experience in Construction & Building Products category management Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or C.P.M. preferred Strong knowledge of the complete procurement cycle and contract negotiation skills Ability to analyze data and build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
