Leading sourcing and procurement activities, the full-time remote Sourcing and Contract Manager will manage the end-to-end sourcing process, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective procurement solutions while mitigating supplier-related risks. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process, including supplier evaluation and negotiation strategy execution Develop, review, and manage supplier contracts and agreements in accordance with company policies Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver cost-effective procurement solutions Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiations, sourcing, procurement, or supply management In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and contract negotiation strategies Experience in negotiating various types of contracts, including technology and professional services Preferred certifications such as CPSM, C.P.M., CPIM, or CSCP
