One of our top clients is looking for a part-time Sourcer to add to their team for a maternity coverage:

Engagement: Part-time temporary/contract support, approximately 20 hours per week
Time zone: ET availability, flexibility based on day
Rate: $26/hr
Fully remote
Scope:
- Support the TA team across a variety of open positions and functions
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Review inbound applications and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial recruiter screens using established role criteria
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain candidate communication and follow-up throughout the process
- Keep ATS records and candidate pipelines current
- Provide general recruiting coordination and execution support as hiring volume requires
Ideal background:
- 2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing or TA experience
- Experience sourcing xzgxqkn and screening professional-level candidates
- Strong organization and scheduling skills
- Comfortable working across multiple roles and priorities
- Strong candidate communication skills
- Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Able to work independently within established recruiting processes
