To support a high-caliber recruitment process, the full-time Sourcer will build talent pipelines across engineering, research, product, and partnerships while working remotely with recruiters and hiring managers. Key responsibilities Build pipelines for challenging searches, both technical and non-technical Map the market to identify top talent sources and share insights with the team Conduct initial candidate conversations and present warm leads to recruiters Required qualifications Proven experience sourcing exceptional talent in competitive markets, preferably in engineering or research Ability to identify candidates through unconventional channels beyond LinkedIn Strong writing skills that engage candidates effectively Self-motivated with a fast-paced approach to sourcing without needing a playbook
