Position Title: Sourcer/Junior Recruiter

Estimated Assignment Duration: 12 months long (can be extended)

Position Location: McLean, VA / Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite/Week)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sourcer/Junior Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on sourcing and recruiting Product Analyst and Business Analyst professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and attract qualified Product Analyst and Business Analyst candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Focus on talent markets across Chicago, Washington DC, and New York City (NYC).
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring teams and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.
