Sortation Cost & Capacity Strategy Lead

DoorDash drives cost and capacity for its sort network across the United States, partnering with Real Estate, Finance, and Automation Engineering to scale footprint cost-effectively.

In this role you will own capacity models, lead automation investments, negotiate site leases, and manage 3PL contracts to optimize cost, throughput, and service levels. You will work closely with a Director to align cost strategy with growth targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
