Sommelier

Raf's is looking for a four day a week Sommelier to join our team. 
Responsibilities would include:
-Guiding guests through the wine list, selling bottles of wine, and providing wine service throughout their meal
-Providing excellent food and beverage service through strong product knowledge and command of our wine list
-Facilitating service on the floor wherever needed
-Assisting with wine organization and monthly inventory
-Assisting with ongoing wine education for the front-of-house team
-Knowledge of Beverager a plus
The ideal candidate has both fine dining server experience and sommelier experience. Strong knowledge of and interest in Italian wine is a plus.
This is a tipped position.
