To support net new customer acquisition, the full-time remote Solutions Specialist will engage with stakeholders to address regulatory challenges and translate business requirements into technology solutions while conducting product demonstrations and managing trials and POCs. Key responsibilities Support new customer acquisition by collaborating with Sales and Solutions Architects throughout the opportunity lifecycle Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand their regulatory challenges and translate requirements into compelling use cases Deliver tailored product demonstrations and manage trials and Proofs of Concept to advance opportunities toward technical closure Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or compliance technology Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and communications compliance/surveillance Proven pre-sales experience supporting net new customer acquisition, including technical discovery and solution demonstrations Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies, including enterprise integrations and modern architectures Ability to effectively communicate with both technical audiences and senior stakeholders across various functions
