Responsible for maintaining the reliability and functionality of the Expert Sierra demonstration environment, the full-time Solutions Platform Engineer will troubleshoot technical issues, manage user access, and support product deployments while collaborating with various technical teams. Key Responsibilities Maintain the availability and stability of the Expert Sierra demonstration environment for Sales and Solutions Consulting teams Troubleshoot issues across the platform, including application servers, databases, and user access Coordinate resolution of system-wide issues involving multiple applications and technical teams Required Qualifications Experience in technical support engineering, systems administration, or platform engineering Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, servers, and databases Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments and Microsoft SQL Server Experience managing user access through Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
