Designing and governing end-to-end business and technology solutions, the full-time Solutions Lead will focus on enhancing client and colleague experiences across various platforms, including Salesforce, while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Design scalable business and technology solutions across strategic platforms and lead workshops to evaluate design tradeoffs Define integration solutions and data management strategies across multiple systems, ensuring secure and maintainable solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors throughout the solution delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment with business outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, business architecture, or enterprise technology delivery Deep experience with Salesforce, particularly Financial Services Cloud and integrations with various platforms Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and data modeling within enterprise information architecture Proven ability to lead workshops and align stakeholders through requirements analysis and design sessions
