Responsibilities
- Design scalable and effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Lead the development and deployment of solutions built with Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power Virtual Agents .
- System Integration & Ecosystem Alignment
- Seamlessly integrate Dynamics 365 solutions within the Microsoft and Azure ecosystems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Team Support & Delivery Oversight
- Guide and support a team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 developers and analysts in delivering solutions.
- Oversee functional requirements gathering, solution testing, and smooth deployments.
- Client Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Provide expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities, customizations, configurations, and constraints.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 development, customization, and solution delivery.
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as version control systems.
- Problem‑Solving and Communication
- Exceptional analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with international teams and clients.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Proficiency in advanced Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services and their integrations with Dynamics 365.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to new Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
