Solutions Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design and identify technical solutions leveraging Hortonworks platform expertise.
- Collaborate with development teams to articulate solution requirements and frameworks.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of big data architecture and best practices.
- Support the implementation of Hadoop distributions and related solutions.
Solutions Engineer Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Hortonworks HDP 2.6 through at least 3.0.
- Strong background in big data environments and architecture.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills using PowerPoint or Vizio.
- Exceptional communication abilities to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant experience in solution design, with a focus on data systems.
