Solutions Delivery Manager/Lead
Position will Lead IT solutions delivery for R&D operations. You will develop and implement strategies for system lifecycle management and manage technical ownership of industry-specific R&D systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage technical ownership and lifecycle of R&D systems, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain system performance and meet service level agreements.
- Facilitate steering committees to enhance application value and user experience.
- Lead technical strategies for deploying and upgrading validated computer systems.
- Organize requirements gathering and design sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop and administer system procedures for installation, monitoring, upgrades, and recovery.
- Provide tier 3 support for systems, conducting root cause analysis and resolving technical issues.
- Track and prioritize system enhancement requests, ensuring continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IT, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma/BioTech R&D systems
- Proficiency in SAS architecture, Linux/Unix, Windows environments, and database technologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, data security, and system validation standards.
