Key responsibilities Own the design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture for mid-year and annual rewards cycles Lead technical readiness for compensation cycles, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday compensation, troubleshooting integration issues and supporting data integrity Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in HRIS implementation and configuration, specifically in Workday Advanced Compensation Experience managing compensation cycle execution for a global organization BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience Ability to navigate complex problems and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across global business units
