Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data, analytics, or IT with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, capable of crafting complex data models and solutions
- Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, to build scalable applications
- Strong ability to design comprehensive applications, combining front-end, back-end, and data storage seamlessly
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic, solution-oriented approach
- Skilled at translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical plans
- Outstanding communication skills that can engage both technical teams and executive leadership
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while aligning with organizational goals
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Azure data services such as SQL Database, Synapse, SSIS, ADF
- Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with enterprise data systems in large-scale organizations
- Previous successful development of multi-collection Power Apps applications
- Knowledge of AI and automation tools to enhance application capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects from start to finish, ideally spanning 6 months to a year or more
- Experience working in or supporting large enterprise environments that leverage Power Apps and BI tools
Other Requirements
- Onsite presence preferred in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL, with a flexible hybrid work model (2 days in the office)
- Capacity to oversee complex projects requiring detailed planning and sustained effort
- Willingness to participate in a multi-stage interview process including assessments and on-site interviews
