With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence.DescriptionSummary:Provides strategic leadership in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide solutions.Defines and governs architectural direction based on organizational strategy, cost-effectiveness, and integration across complex systems and platforms.Leads the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with long-term business and IT goals.Establishes and enforces architectural principles, standards, and best practices across the organization.Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional architecture teams to shape enterprise IT strategy.Regularly mentors architects and technical staff, drives innovation, and leads high-impact initiatives that span multiple domains and business units.Recognized as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge extending beyond core domains.Deep knowledge of payer systems (claims processing, eligibility/enrollment, provider data, utilization management).Strong expertise in integration technologies and standards (APIs, FHIR, HL7, X12 EDI).Demonstrated experience with large-scale system implementations and integrations.Familiarity with value-based care models, quality programs, and regulatory reporting (HEDIS, STARS, risk adjustment).Experience with enterprise data warehouse platforms and concepts.Minimum Qualifications:Other information: Required - 10 years - Relevant experience with Bachelors; Or - 12 years - Relevant experience with Associates; Or - 15 years - Relevant experience with High School or equivalent.Education equivalent experience: Essential: * Required - Bachelors - Information Technology; Or - Bachelors - Healthcare; Or - Associates - Related Field; Or - High School or EquivalentLocation: BayCare System Office EastStatus: Full Time, Exempt: YesShift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PMShift: Shift 1Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = VariesWeekend Work: OccasionalOn Call: YesHow often will this team member be working remotely?
