Solutions ArchitectLocation: Miramar, FL (Hybrid Onsite/Remote)Rate: Open (Hybrid Work Schedule)Onsite Requirements: Hybrid (Miramar Office & WFH) visa: GC/ USCInterview - phone and video callRequired Skills: PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL Server, Web Services, CSS, Infrastructure, Custom Workflows, SharePoint Online, jQuery, Azure, HTML, Site Collections, Content Management, UI, Excellent Communication & Collaborative SkillsResponsibilities:Set up additional SharePoint sites and create/edit list and library-driven SharePoint web-part pages, including pages containing static HTML content.Manage application deployment, training, and support projects for the technology department to align with business needs and goals, prioritizing value delivery.Provide input to the strategic planning process and develop tactics for implementation to meet established business objectives.Establish a vision and goals for managed software aligned with the company's direction.Migrate existing SharePoint instances and shared-drive environments into a single consolidated SharePoint instance wherever feasible.Assist in creating prototypes, proofs of concept, presentations, and collateral.Act as the lead architect in collaboration with Client staff and contractors to execute Solution Architecture and Platform optimization (on-premises, cloud, and/or hybrid) while driving SharePoint user adoption.Work with Client Program areas and solution teams to implement SharePoint-based solutions.Collaborate with Client SMEs and stakeholders to validate high-level intersystem views and define, document, and validate high-level business requirements and associated processes.Participate in joint application development sessions with Client SMEs to develop and document detailed functional business requirements.Desired Experience:Collaborate with the PM and staff to provide governance and oversight of the Client's SharePoint applications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Support Contractors and Client staff in converting business requirements into functional specifications for setup in SharePoint.Review SharePoint solutions design, configuration, and builds created by Client staff and contractors to ensure compliance with established development standards.Train and mentor Client staff in developing and designing SharePoint solutions.Assist the PM and Client staff with business analyst support functions and documentation.Verify that requirements tracing is in place and being followed, participating with Client staff in testing/verification to ensure the final implementation meets business requirements.This Solutions Architect role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape SharePoint solutions and drive innovation in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
