Solutions Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced BI / Data Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, AWS Data Lakes, Data Architecture, and Healthcare/Pharmaceutical analytics . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Looker, and/or Power BI and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end BI and analytics solutions from requirements through implementation.
• Design and build scalable AWS Data Lakes and modern cloud data architectures.
• Implement and integrate ThoughtSpot with AWS data lake environments.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Qlik Sense, QlikView, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Looker, and Power BI .
• Build data models, data marts, and analytics solutions for enterprise reporting.
• Develop POCs and evaluate BI/analytics technologies based on business needs.
• Work with QlikMaps, GeoAnalytics, NPrinting , and other Qlik capabilities.
• Perform SQL/PL-SQL performance tuning and support Oracle/Hadoop-based data environments.
• Analyze data using Python/Jupyter Notebook to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support DevOps and deployment practices for BI/Qlik environments.
• Provide technical leadership and work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
• Contribute to Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and NLP/LLM initiatives for data and analytics.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in BI/Data/Solutions Architecture .
• Strong hands-on experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense .
• Experience with AWS Data Lake and cloud data architecture .
• Experience with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, and/or Power BI .
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data marts, data warehousing, SQL, Oracle, and PL/SQL .
• Experience with Hadoop and large-scale data environments.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies .
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Domain Experience

Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commercial Analytics, Sales & Marketing Analytics, Claims/Payer Data, Medical Affairs, Digital Marketing, and Omnichannel Analytics.

Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, NLP/LLMs, or Voice AI is highly desirable
