From structured career paths and paid professional development to access to industry events, we're committed to your success.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and document end-to-end system architectures on AWSTranslate business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technical solutionsDefine integration strategies using APIs, microservices, and middlewareLead integrations with internal and external systems (e.g., Athena, CAMS, supplier systems)Define high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization strategiesDrive DevOps alignment and CI/CD practicesEnsure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection standardsCollaborate with stakeholders, developers, and operations teamsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Solution ArchitectStrong AWS cloud architecture expertiseExperience with APIs, microservices, and system integrationsProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of security principles (IAM, encryption, compliance)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with distributed and event-driven architecturesExperience in enterprise-scale platformsFamiliarity with manufacturing or engineering systemsOther Requirements:Ability to obtain security clearance (if required)US Resident | US CitizenshipFully Bilingual (Spanish and English)Work Modality: HybridLocation: San Juan, Puerto RicoBenefits and PerksWe believe in supporting our employees' well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
