Job Summary (Solutions Architect - Remote)
Need tons of Healthcare experience

• Lead the design and integration of complex, large-scale systems for healthcare solutions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical system designs and solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, program, development, and Salesforce COE teams
• Apply disciplined, rigorous systems development methodologies and best practices
• Utilize Agile and SAFe software development principles in solution delivery
• Design and build REST APIs to facilitate integration and developer experience
• Architect solutions leveraging modern languages (Java, JavaScript, Node.js) and technologies
• Ensure effective use of distributed computing, caching, and both cloud/on-premise services
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce Service Cloud platform architecture
• Facilitate meetings, build consensus, and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-direction and ownership
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD and DevOps practices to enable continuous delivery
• Evaluate and select appropriate database solutions (RDBMS and NoSQL), considering normalization, sharding, and other data-centric patterns
• Demonstrate empathy for business needs and exceptional communication skills throughout project lifecycle
