Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Technology Solutions team supporting enterprise initiatives. Job Title: Solutions Architect
Location: Remote, with a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days on-site in South Park (4100 Coca-Cola Plaza), Charlotte
Pay Range: $135,000 - $140,000
What's the Job?
- Develop high-level solution architectures that align with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
- Partner with product and delivery teams to evaluate technical feasibility, scalability, and integration impacts of new initiatives.
- Provide architectural oversight throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency.
- Mentor and coach delivery teams on technologies, systems, and best practices, including responsible AI development.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- Strong software development background with 7-10 years of experience, ideally with full-stack expertise.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions within cloud environments such as Azure.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile delivery models and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, system design, and integration patterns.
