We work with some of the world's most advanced engineering organizations across aerospace, automotive, industrial, robotics, and consumer electronics.We're looking for a Systems Architect to help our customers design and deploy modern engineering workflows at scale. As a Systems Architect, you'll serve as the technical leader for some of our most strategic customers. You'll partner with engineering teams to understand their development processes, design scalable solutions, and help them integrate AllSpice into their broader engineering ecosystem.
This is a highly technical, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of electrical engineering, software systems, workflow architecture, and product strategy. You'll work closely with customer engineering leaders, IT teams, and individual contributors while partnering internally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience.What You'll DoLead technical engagements with enterprise customers throughout onboarding, deployment, and expansionDesign scalable engineering workflows using AllSpice, PLM systems, CI/CD infrastructure, AI tools, and customer-specific processesArchitect integrations between AllSpice and customer systems including PLM, requirements management, identity providers, and internal engineering platformsAdvise customers on hardware development best practices, design review processes, automation opportunities, and AI adoptionServe as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer challengesManage and mentor Forward-Deployed Engineers supporting customer implementationsTranslate customer requirements into actionable product feedback and technical roadmapsCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence platform capabilities and future directionBuild repeatable implementation patterns, reference architectures, and deployment playbooksRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering disciplineExperience working in hardware development environments, including PCB, electronics, or embedded systems developmentStrong understanding of engineering systems, software, and workflowsAbility to communicate effectively with executives, engineering managers, and individual contributorsStrong project leadership and stakeholder management skillsComfort operating in ambiguity and building new processes from the ground upPreferred QualificationsExperience leading complex technical deployments in enterprise environmentsExperience using or administering ECAD tools such as Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, Xpedition, or similar platformsExperience with PLM, requirements management, and engineering data systemsExperience with Git, CI/CD, and software development workflowsExperience with APIs, automation frameworks, and enterprise integrationsExperience in customer-facing architecture, consulting, or implementation rolesExperience translating customer requirements into product requirements, technical specifications, or roadmap recommendationsWhy This Role MattersOur customers are transforming how hardware gets built.
