Solutions Architect - Presales

To support the development of AI data services solutions, the full-time Solutions Architect - Presales will engage with clients to address their technical requirements, design scalable workflows, and lead pre-sales activities while collaborating with global teams in a flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, addressing their business goals and technical requirements Design and implement scalable data acquisition and annotation workflows, presenting custom solutions to ensure customer success Lead pre-sales engagements by responding to RFPs and RFIs, delivering presentations that align with client objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher At least 4 years of experience in services-oriented solution and technical pre/post sales Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a preference for data service experience Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools Proven ability to establish long-lasting relationships with internal and external business partners
