We're Hiring: Solution Architecture Manager – AI & Enterprise Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architecture Manager to lead enterprise architecture initiatives and drive the development of scalable, secure, and AI-powered business solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise solution architecture and AI integration initiatives.
- Design scalable architectures using microservices, distributed systems, and API-first principles.
- Drive the adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and other AI/ML technologies.
- Develop cloud-based solutions using Azure, GCP, and Salesforce platforms.
- Oversee MLOps, data engineering, model deployment, and AI lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, AI governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams.
- Evaluate AI solutions, manage vendors, and optimize cloud and AI infrastructure costs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and executive leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and NLP.
- Understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, MLOps, and data engineering.
- Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman is preferred.
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Java, or Go.
