Responsibilities

  • Assess current state of solutions and define future state needs.
  • Identify gaps and recommend new technology solutions and strategic business execution improvements.
  • Conduct business process engineering and re-engineering.
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions across all disciplines to identify and define non-functional requirements.
  • Evaluate technology solutions and conduct solution architecture research, including PoCs and PoVs.
  • Formulate business and logical data and solution architectures, including software, network, hardware, and integration designs.
  • Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation plans for changes and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to define long-term architecture vision and integration patterns.
  • Create and maintain Solution Architecture documentation.
  • Develop IT Strategy & Roadmap aligned with the overall strategic needs of the business division.

Mandatory Skills

  • 7-10 years of professional IT experience.
  • Deep expertise in the Pharma/Biotech/Dia/information industry, including Computerized System Validation, Data Privacy, and GXP.
  • Implementation expertise in major applications such as Global Label Management Systems.
  • Expertise in multiple technology domains (networks, systems, databases, security, Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Ability to design solutions based on different architectural patterns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large groups.
  • Effective oral, written, public, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in platform modernization (DevOps Automation).
  • Ability to work with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Integrity, passion, and courage in all work endeavors.

  • Ability to quickly comprehend new technologies and remain updated on technology trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to frame complex issues and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting the needs of internal and external customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • TOGAF certification is a deal-breaker.
  • Proven track record of strategic thought leadership and vision articulation.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with executives and senior stakeholders.
