About the Role:

One of Insight Global’ s top manufacturing clients is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Consultant with a strong background in solutions architecture and development. This role is ideal for a technically adept professional who can design and implement robust solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly in areas where current modules fall short.

You will work closely with our internal business experts—who already have a deep understanding of our business requirements—to develop and deploy scalable, efficient solutions that align with our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud to support current business model.
• Address and resolve challenges introduced by Oracle’s native functionality, especially in underdeveloped or missing modules.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and business stakeholders to design and implement enhancements.
• Focus on improving and optimizing:
• Order Management
• Shipping Module
• CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
• Engage in open-ended solutioning and problem-solving discussions to drive innovation and efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (not SQL-based Oracle solutions).
• Strong background in solutions architecture and application development.
• Demonstrated ability to create custom solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with or developing for Oracle’s Order Management and Shipping modules.
• Familiarity with CPQ and RMA processes within Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover root problems and design effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Prior involvement in module customization or development where Oracle functionality is limited.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
