Responsibilities:
This role owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, TPSM, and GRC capabilities align with business goals, governance standards, and ITIL best practices. The role leads high-impact initiatives, manages risk, and drives continuous improvement by evaluating new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring platform stability through thoughtful design and minimal customization. Acting as the primary product owner, the role collaborates closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to manage dependencies, prioritize a dynamic backlog, lead Agile ceremonies, and deliver high-quality enhancements that drive adoption and measurable value.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience) with a required ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience as an administrator, developer, or product owner across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and/or GRC modules
7+ years in product management, ownership, or business analysis, delivering product vision and strategy within Agile environments
Proven experience with full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations or major upgrades, along with a solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices
