What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle
- Lead architecture, security, and deployment discussions to ensure successful platform adoption
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address customer requirements and technical challenges
- Build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders, providing guidance on integrations, infrastructure, and best practices
- Gather customer feedback and help shape future product enhancements
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a customer facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Cloud Architect
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise systems
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
