MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical and automation consulting services to IT and business units
- Serve as a technical leader within the enterprise automation community of practice
- Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of information and process systems
- Ensure automation implementation teams deliver robust, scalable system solutions
- Develop, enhance, and maintain service design procedures and processes to ensure strong solution and service design
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure compliance with strategic blueprints and architectural standards
- Review process assessments and identify applications of automation technology across business domains
- Identify reusable components and manage configurable parameters, queues, and robot schedules
- Drive design best practices and troubleshoot design or code-related issues
- Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and automation solutions
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide automation testing standards and best practices
- Act as a primary point of contact for architectural questions, solutioning, and reviews
- Establish and support service management standards for automation platforms
- Develop automated tools and scripts for enterprise use
- Drive development and implementation of automation deliverables
- Thoroughly test developed solutions
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and procedures
- Establish standards for scripts and work products to support reuse and maintainability
- Prepare highly technical and complex specifications
