- Demonstrate extensive experience with managing complex IT systems.
- Experience working with COBOL and mainframe systems.
- Demonstrate experience with developing system architecture solutions.
- Experience modernizing legacy financial management systems.
- Experience working system upgrades, modernization, legacy system transition, data migration, system analysis & design.
- Experience with implementing solutions with respect to modern database design, modern software languages.
- Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
- Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
- Responsible for project completion. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management.
Minimum Experience:
- Master's degree in engineering, IT or computer science.
- Ten (10) years relevant experience with developing solutions for complex IT systems.
- Experience evaluating options and providing recommended solutions to senior leadership.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps principles.
- Experience designing systems for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (Client) preferred.
Must needed:
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II
