Description
The Solutions Architect is responsible for solutioning, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions that improve process and system efficiency, reliability, and scalability within UIpath. This role provides technical leadership in automation frameworks, tools, and processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance automation quality, and support business objectives. The Senior Automation Engineer mentors junior engineers and ensures best practices are applied across projects. This position assigns and oversees the daily work activities within the Automation Services department in conjunction with the AVP, Automation Service
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex automation solutions at scale.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, RE Framework).
- Expertise with Automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Selenium) and monitoring solutions.

- Coordinates the daily work of the Automation Services systems engineers to include helping prioritize tasks and determine work assignments and following through on tasks and functions to satisfactory completion. Provides input to the AVP in reference to the performance management process.
