Logix Solution Architect Or Business AnalystThe ideal candidate for this role will ideally have a deep understanding of NCR AMS Logix (Advanced Marketing Solution, consumer-specific offer management, streamline promotion delivery management, create, execute, and manage offers/customer groups/product groups). Ideally they would have experience implementing Logix at various companies, have been involved on the Logix team at NCR, or have deep solution architect or business analysis experience working with a similar promotional engine in the loyalty space. This position is responsible for using solution architecture/business analysis practices and techniques to deliver measurable business outcomes in a large-scale, complex organization.Job DutiesAbility to perform in-depth as-is architectural analysis and provide clear documentationEvaluates architectural options and defines overall architecture of our customer loyalty systemsInterfaces with the Product Manager and IT partners at the Program level and within other Release Trains to define and estimate features for agile teamsDetermines major elements and subsystems and defines interfaces as well as architectural runwayProvides subject matter expertise and technical consulting support on either vendor or internal applications and interfacesConducts industry research, facilitates new product and vendor evaluations, and assists in vendor selectionDeep understanding of customer loyalty/marketing/promotions working for major companies in the retail industryJob RequirementsBachelor's and 5 years post degree of ITS experience is required.
