To improve detection workflows and support key customer implementations, the full-time remote Solutions Architect for Detections will design and optimize sourcing queries, partner with Product and Engineering teams, and analyze trends to inform scalable platform improvements. Key responsibilities Design, test, and optimize sourcing queries, collection methods, and detection workflows across available data sources Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and emerging threat patterns Analyze trends in alerts and escalations to inform platform and process improvements Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or threat intelligence Proven ability to support customer requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience with detection methodology is helpful but not required Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment A thoughtful and resourceful approach to problem-solving
